Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without any compensation.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the pv128 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via a range of accepted local payment methods, including Boost, DuitNow, and online bank transfers. pv128 does not accept cash payments or any method not listed on the platform.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the required identity verification process. Withdrawals are processed only to accounts registered under the same user's name. pv128 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for compliance and verification purposes before any withdrawal is approved.

Deposits credited to an account are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances at pv128's sole discretion. Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. pv128 is not liable for any delays or failures caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.
